ABOUT THE ROLE

The European Transfer Pricing Specialist ensures compliance and provides hands-on operational support on intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions, while. Directly reporting to the Head of Group Tax and working closely with Corporate Controlling, Legal and European subsidiaries, you will secure the tax and legal aspects of cross-border intercompany billing. Your primary mission is to guarantee that all management fees are accurately calculated, properly documented, and fully compliant with local, European and OECD regulations.



Key Responsibilities.

  • European Tax Compliance: Draft and maintain European Local Files, Master Files, Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) and supporting analysis to guarantee full alignment with local tax laws.
  • Benefit Test Documentation: Gather, organize, and maintain robust evidence (benefit tests) proving the actual delivery and commercial utility of services provided to European subsidiaries.
  • Controlling & Cost Allocation Support: Collaborate with corporate controllers to identify, aggregate, and allocate European central support costs (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, …) using financial systems.
  • Calculations & Billing Operations: Collect and review benchmarking analysis to markups and ensure that generated intercompany invoices strictly match the group's transfer pricing policy.
  • Strategy & business partnering: Support strategic projects, new transactions, operational changes on a transfer pricing perspective and in evaluating impact of intercompany agreements.
  • Legal Agreements Review: Review, analyze and monitor intercompany legal agreements and intragroup loan contracts to ensure compliance with tax rules, transfer pricing policy and Governance.
  • Tax Audit: Assist the Head of Group Tax in preparing responses to information requests, supporting files and clear audit trails.
  • Optimization: Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the transfer pricing function.



RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS

Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:

  • H&S: Respect and enforce health and safety rules.
  • Environment: Respect and enforce environmental policies.
  • Information security: Respect and enforce information security policies
  • Energy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in transfer pricing (corporate tax team or consulting firm) or in corporate controlling with a strong background in European tax.
  • Languages: Professional English proficiency is mandatory, with the specific ability to accurately read, understand, and analyze legal contracts and loan agreements.
  • Systems & Tools: Proficiency with ERP and Consolidation tools (SageX3 and OneStream would be a plus) and advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Pack (especially Excel for cost modeling).
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of management accounting, cost allocation mechanisms, and familiarity with OECD guidelines.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention
    to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced multicultural European environment.
