About the Role
~1 min readWe're hiring a Manager of Product Marketing to lead and grow our PMM function at a critical moment in our journey as a scaling AI-company. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll own the full product marketing cycle, from go-to-market strategy and product launches to customer enablement, adoption, and community. You'll manage a team of 2–3 talented Product Marketers and want to be their coach, and champion.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. Our company is moving fast, and product innovation is at the forefront of any move we make. We're looking for a technically sharp, deeply curious marketer who will push the PMM function forward, including rethinking how we work in an AI-first world. If you get excited about using AI to move faster, do more, and raise the bar on quality, you'll fit right in.
You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
~1 min readOwn the product marketing strategy end-to-end: positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and competitive differentiation
Work with the Demand, Events, Content and Brand team(s) to bring our product story to the Market
Lead go-to-market planning for new product releases and feature launches, from narrative development to cross-functional coordination and post-launch measurement.
Own competitive intelligence: run ongoing win/loss analysis, monitor the competitive landscape, and translate findings into sharp battlecards, positioning updates, and sales narratives
Partner closely with Product to influence the roadmap through market insights and customer feedback loops
Drive product launch execution across all tiers, from major releases to iterative feature drops, ensuring every launch lands with the right message, audience, and timing and result
Design and run adoption campaigns that move customers from activation to deep product engagement, working closely with Customer Success and our Revenue Teams
Own product webinars end-to-end: topic selection, speaker preparation, promotion, live execution, and post-event follow-up
Define and track PMM success metrics, including product adoption rates, launch-influenced pipeline, NRR contribution, and sales enablement usage. Report regularly on the function's business impact
Build and maintain a robust customer enablement program, ensuring customers and prospects have the materials, guides, and education needed to succeed with the product
Play an active role in shaping and growing our product community: create content, facilitate engagement, and turn power users into advocates
Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling guides) that keep the commercial team sharp and confident
Build repeatable AI systems and workflows across the PMM function, from automated competitive intelligence monitoring and persona research to support content pipelines and enablement asset generation.
Move the team from using AI as an individual productivity tool to operating as system designers: building agents and workflows that run reliably, freeing PMM capacity for higher-order strategic work
Stay at the forefront of how AI is reshaping B2B SaaS marketing; bring concrete experiments back to the team and set the bar for quality, ensuring AI accelerates output without producing undifferentiated work
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 2–3 product marketers, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and creating space for their development
Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment and momentum across every major initiative
Report to the VP of Marketing and contribute to broader marketing strategy, OKRs, and team culture
5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 1–2 years in a Lead or management role
A track record of owning and executing successful product launches, you can point to specific outcomes, not just activities
Technical fluency: you're comfortable going deep on product, reading documentation, engaging with engineers, and translating complex capabilities into clear customer value
A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, you've already integrated AI tools into your workflow, and you're actively thinking about how to build systems and workflows that scale the function
Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for execution: you can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to get things done
Comfortable with data and metrics: you can tie PMM activities to pipeline contribution, adoption rates, and retention impact, and communicate that story clearly upward
Experience with competitive intelligence tools and methodologies (e.g. Klue, Crayon, or equivalent) and sales enablement platforms (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, or similar). We won’t always use them, but grasping their use is key to building out our own workflows
Proven experience building enablement programs, running webinars, and creating content that actually gets used by Sales and CS teams
Bonus: Experience working with or contributing to a product community whether a user forum, Slack community, or customer advocacy program
People-first management style: you give clear feedback, invest in your team's growth, and create an environment where great work happens
Excellent written communication, you can write a crisp positioning statement, a sharp webinar abstract, and a compelling customer story
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambitious, high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the deal
