Production Control Clerk

PRODUCTION CONTROL CLERK

Dauphin Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools is seeking a Production Control Clerk for our production facility located in Millersburg, PA. The hours of this position are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Monday – Friday.

This position’s primary duties will be:

• Run planner benches (Material Planner Workbench Generation) in ERP system to replenish finished goods Inventories.
• Generating job orders for manufacturing and accessing correct drawings.
• Assembling job packets.
• Updating and maintaining weekly activity reports.
• Running back order query’s
• Updating reorder points in ERP system
• Daily communication with production control management regarding issues that impact delivery schedules.

This position will also ensure that all production control, files, data bases and systems are maintained effectively.

Qualified applicants should possess excellent computer skills (strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required); strong interpersonal and communication skills.
