HVAC Foreman - Special Projects

At Dave Jones, Inc., we’re growing our Special Projects New Construction teams. As an HVAC Foreman, you’ll play a key role in shaping projects and building a legacy of quality work. Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $38-46hr + 1.5x OT (commensurate with experience). 
• PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays + Paternity/Maternity Leave

As an HVAC Foreman at Dave Jones, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive top-notch service and reliable equipment to keep their environments comfortable. • →Own the install. Load/unload equipment, cut sheet metal, assemble components, and install ductwork, gas and condensate piping, and venting—safely and to code.
• →Wire it right. Install and troubleshoot low-voltage controls and wiring to bring systems online smoothly.
• →Build from the plan. Read blueprints (pre-drawn or field-laid) and translate them into accurate, efficient layouts. 
• →Cut with confidence. Core and cut openings while protecting structural integrity and jobsite safety.
• →Stay two steps ahead. Keep materials and truck stock organized; communicate needs to prevent return trips. 
• →Lead when needed. Step up to manage tasks and crews to keep timelines on track; help train apprentices and fellow installers. 
• →Live our safety culture. Model and uphold the DJ Safety Culture so every teammate and partner goes home safe. 
• →Four 10-hour days, with overtime as needed; year-round work to keep your skills sharp and pay steady.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: 5+ years of HVAC new construction in commercial space ad 3+ years of experience leading crews
• Credentials: High school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license. 
• Field skills: Comfortable with hand/power tools; able to follow instructions, multitask, and communicate clearly with field and office teams.
