As a QA Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued General Contractors and Builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • →Answer customer inquiries via phone, email. and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.
  • →Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
  • →Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • →Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • →Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
  • →Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure first call completion success

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
