Research Associate 3/Sr Research Associate (Stability testing)

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "RA 3/Sr RA (Stability Testing)" based out of Tucson, AZ. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $34/hr - $38/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Support research, development, and laboratory activities for diagnostic and scientific projects through experimental design, bench execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute experimental plans to support project objectives. Conduct laboratory bench experiments, make observations, analyze data, and interpret results. Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses. Develop and optimize laboratory methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions. Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and workflows. Participate in or lead cross-functional technical teams, including investigations and project teams. Present experimental procedures, findings, and project updates to teams and stakeholders. Contribute to problem solving, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field. 4+ years of post-college industry laboratory experience required. Experience supporting stability studies, assay development, or diagnostic/biotech laboratory environments preferred. Hands-on experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH) is ideal. Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical reporting skills.
