• →Process Discovery & Mapping: Lead workshops with stakeholders to document current state ("As-Is") workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• →Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies, manual redundancies, and risks within existing processes.
• →Design & Optimization: Develop "To-Be" process models that incorporate automation, streamlined approvals, and clear hand-off points.
• →Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and cycle times to quantify the impact of process changes.
• →Implementation Support: Act as a liaison between business units and IT/Development teams to ensure process designs are technically feasible.
• →Change Management: Create training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high adoption of new processes.

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in business process improvement, management consulting, or systems analysis.
• Bachelors in Accounting, Business Management, IT or relevant education
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, & other tools like Lucidchart will be added advantage.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable process recommendations.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership.
