Responsibilities

→Loads and unloads molds in the ovens, presses, and the autoclave.
→Preps molds and runs heat presses and ovens.
→Demolds parts and prepares them for production.
→Maintains logs for presses and ovens
→Maintains all tools, molds, fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
→Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
→Other assigned tasks by management.
→Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment involving regular physical work.
Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 50–60 lbs and use moving carts/equipment to transport molds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of handling heavy molds and demolding parts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience using hand tools.
Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Experience operating autoclaves
