SIOP Manager

• →Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• →7+ years of experience in production planning or materials management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving high product mix and complex production scheduling requirements.
• →3+ years of formal leadership experience directly managing production planning, scheduling, or production control teams within a manufacturing environment.
• →Demonstrated experience managing or overseeing Master Production Schedules (MPS), with strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including production scheduling, material availability, and inventory requirements.
• →Proven experience with infinite and finite/constraint-based production planning, including labor and capacity scheduling, resource allocation, and management of production constraints.
• →Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or significantly improving SIOP/S&OP processes, including establishing planning workflows, cross-functional coordination, and performance metrics to align demand and supply.
• →Strong working knowledge of ERP/APS systems, preferably Infor, including production scheduling, material requirements planning, inventory planning, and capacity management functions.
• →Strong knowledge of inventory planning, materials management, and material replenishment processes, including inventory requirements, purchasing lead times, and material availability.
• →Demonstrated success improving production planning workflows, scheduling processes, material flow, and material availability to support operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
• →Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools, including data analysis, forecasting, and operational KPI reporting.
• →Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Finance.

• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical devices, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other applicable manufacturing quality management standards.
