Responsibilities

- →Confirm incoming shipments and print necessary documents (labels, packing slips, etc.)
- →Assist in checking and receiving incoming parts and materials
- →Deliver items to proper locations and help organize the stockroom
- →Perform inventory transactions such as issuing, returning, or fulfilling backorders
- →Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and reconciliation
- →Assemble kits for production and ensure lot number traceability
- →Support packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- →Float between departments and support daily operational needs as directed
- →Follow all DG safety procedures and policies per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
- →Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1–2 years of inventory, stockroom, or receiving experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required (ERP or inventory systems experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation strongly preferred
- Comfortable with basic math and data entry
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
