Account Representative

Bloomington, Minnesota | Full-Time | NO weekends | Onsite | $22-$23/hr 

As an Account Representative at DCM Services, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This is an office-based role at our Minnesota location. You will be part of a supportive team that values empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

• →Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
• →Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
• →Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities
• →Accurately document accounts 
• →Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed
