Our ideal candidate is open to working in a pediatric environment—previous experience with children is a plus, but not required. You will be supported by a rotating team of assistants, ensuring you always have help chairside.

What We Offer

✓Daily Base: $800–$900/day to start (flexible depending on experience)

✓Compensation Model: Begin on a daily base, then transition to percentage of production after an initial period

✓401(k) offered after a period of employment

✓Additional benefits TBD and may be added as the practice grows

Majority Medi-Cal (state insurance)
Some PPO accepted
No HMO

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Part-Time: Flexible, ideally Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday (same hours)

The doctor will focus on pediatric general dentistry. The following procedures are referred out:

Implants
Periodontics
Oral Surgery
Endodontics
Orthodontics

Team: 6 team members currently (actively hiring additional staff)
Assistants: Rotating assistants—doctor will never work without support
Operatories:
4 treatment rooms
6 open-bay hygiene chairs
Technology: Open Dental EHR; limited specialty equipment due to the nature of pediatric care
