We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in West Chester, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to grow clinically and financially in a modern, supportive environment with access to advanced technology and a strong patient base.

You will have full clinical autonomy while being supported by an experienced team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care and building long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and surgical dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Open to all experience levels
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
  • Proficiency with modern dental technology and willingness to continue learning
