We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join a privately owned, two-location practice in Linwood, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to build and establish a consistent endodontic program within a practice that is currently referring out specialty procedures.
The incoming provider will step into immediate case volume with the ability to grow production across both locations. This role is ideal for a specialist who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape how endodontic services are delivered within the practice.
Linwood is a desirable coastal community in Southern New Jersey, located just minutes from the Jersey Shore and Atlantic City. The area offers a strong quality of life with access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and a growing residential population.
- Privately owned solo practice with two locations
- Approximately 700 active patients per location
- Offices located within 20 minutes of each other
- Oral surgeon on-site twice per month
- Currently referring out endodontic cases (immediate opportunity to capture production)
- One location is primarily fee-for-service; the other has a strong PPO patient base. Open to the provider either participating with insurance or being FFS.

- CBCT available
- Dentrix Ascend at one location; Eaglesoft at the other
- Flexible equipment setup:
- Practice can supply full endodontic equipment (apex locator, file systems, instruments)
- Option to bring personal equipment with potential compensation adjustment
- Microscope options available (mobile or fixed based on provider preference)
- Assistant support available, or provider may bring their own

- →Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic cases
- →Utilize CBCT and advanced imaging for accurate diagnosis
- →Collaborate with general dentists to retain specialty production in-house
- →Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care
- →Maintain high clinical standards and documentation
Requirements
~1 min read- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical proficiency in endodontic procedures
- Ability to work independently and build a specialty schedule
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
