What We Offer

Base salary plus production-based bonus structure
Total annual compensation of $350,000-$500,000

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions
  • Utilize advanced imaging and clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members
  • Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care
  • Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
  • Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endodontic procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Interest in long-term growth and ownership opportunity
