We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in Westphalia, Missouri. This is an exceptional opportunity for a provider looking to step into an established and highly productive patient base as the owner begins scaling back clinically.
The practice currently has more patient demand than existing providers can support and is actively turning away approximately 100 new patients per month due to limited clinical capacity. The current associate is earning approximately $600,000 annually, creating a significant earning opportunity for the incoming provider.
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates seeking mentorship, stability, strong earning potential, and long-term growth within a collaborative and supportive practice.
Westphalia offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere with excellent quality of life, strong community values, and convenient access to larger Missouri markets. The area provides a slower pace of life while still offering strong professional opportunity and loyal patient relationships.
