Our client is seeking an ambitious and personable Full-Time Associate Dentist to join their established and highly rated dental practice. The ideal candidate is a motivated, team-oriented professional who is eager to grow their clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. The practice offers a wide range of services including general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and more, allowing the associate to expand their experience across multiple procedures.

• $200,000 – $300,000+ annual earning potential
• Support from an experienced clinical team including multiple hygienists
• Fully equipped operatories and modern technology
• PPO/FFS practice (no Medicaid)

• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but open to all experience levels
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Strong communication, patient care, and customer service skills
