MSP Onsite IT Support Professional

• →Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across client environments.
• →Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
• →Provide both in-office and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• →Support client environments involving point of sale, AV, networking, and access control systems.
• →Operate effectively in a fast-paced MSP setting with demanding client needs.

• A few years of hands-on IT support experience beyond help desk support.
• Experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for real-world network problems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID identity management.
• Experience working on-site in client environments.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Comfort driving in and out of New York City and operating a company vehicle.
• Availability for after-hours support obligations, holiday support, and occasional weekend on-site support during unusual major client situations.

• Familiarity with point of sale systems.
• Familiarity with AV systems.
• Familiarity with access control systems.
