Case Manager

1. Must be located in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
2. Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university
3. Preferred experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
4. Preferred experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting, focusing on person-centered plans
