Senior Manager, Trust & Safety

 

Bolster.ai is seeking a Senior Manager for the Trust & Safety team with over 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 7 years in managing support, trust & safety or cybersecurity teams.

 

As a Trust & Safety manager, you will lead and manage the SOC operations. Your team will be responsible for maintaining customer data quality, training AI models, and suspending phishing and fraud on the web, social media, and app stores across the internet. You are metrics-driven and focused on implementing strategies that help support Bolster's expanding customer base. You will contribute directly to the growing capabilities of our industry-leading AI-based products.

 

10+ Years of experience in Trust & Safety or similar roles.

Minimum of 7 years of experience managing 24x7 support / trust & safety / cyber security teams (Mandatory).

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Build and foster an inclusive, collaborative, integrated team by soliciting feedback and encouraging open communication.

Experienced with case management ticketing systems and workforce management programs.

Strong technical skills in cybersecurity and ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
