We are looking for an inspiring, data-minded HR Business Partner based in Tallinn to anchor our Estonian operations while taking on exciting cross-border responsibilities at a Baltic level.
In this role, you won't just manage administrative processes from behind a desk. You will be a strategic partner, a culture champion, and a visible leader on the floor, directly accompanying our teammates to live their best Decathlon journey across the region.

Bring the Decathlon Journey to Life: Take ownership of making our 10 Human Processes and human strategies alive alongside our leaders, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Lead a Baltic Core HR Process: Take the regional lead on designing, deploying, and optimizing one of our 10 core HR processes across the entire Baltic level, driving consistency and excellence across borders.

Lead HR Strategy & Transformation: Diagnose local HR needs, co-write and implement impactful human strategies, and proactively anticipate and facilitate organizational transformations.

Foster a Healthy, Purpose-Driven Work Environment: Actively share our company culture, purpose, and values. Proactively manage and prevent human risks (including psychosocial risks) and participate in crisis management when needed.

Empower & Develop Leaders: Advise and coach leaders on HR processes and management styles. Facilitate self-management, foster autonomy, and lead the recruitment of key talent.

Manage Core HR Cycles: Oversee local talent and career management, succession planning, compensation policies, annual performance reviews, and continuous skills development.

HR Partner with a Solid Foundation: You bring a proven background in the HR field, paired with a practical understanding of Estonian Labor Law. While you don't need to be a legal expert, you feel comfortable navigating everyday employment fundamentals, contracts, and local regulations.
Language Skills: You are fully fluent in both Estonian and English (written and spoken). This is a must for navigating local regulations and collaborating within our international network.
