- Develop teammates’ autonomy through a skills integration and development plan.
- Create an environment enabling the well being and development of your team
- Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my department and my store.
- Guarantee the department’s physical layout is performant and consistent with Decathlon’s visual merchandising policy
- Build and lead my omnichannel commercial policy for my department linked to my area.
- Manage store security as well as teammates’ and products’ availability
- A leader by example, close to your team
- A people-centric person who has a strong sense of service to help others
- A person who is able to take initiatives and decide autonomously
- An energetic individual, willing to take on new challenges and adapt quickly when needed
