→Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
→CPA designation preferred
→Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Accounting Principles Generally Accepted in the United States (US GAAP)
→10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
→Background in inventory-driven manufacturing environments strongly preferred — plastics manufacturing is ideal; general manufacturing, construction/building materials, or healthcare supply chain experience also valued
→Experience with cost accounting, standard costing methodologies, and ERP-driven financial environments
→Experience with ERP systems; Dassault IQMS ERP is a plus
→Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis
→Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to extract, validate, and interpret data at scale
→Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
