Data and AI Governance Lead

We are seeking highly accomplished and strategic Data and AI Governance Lead to serve as the definitive authority for our enterprise data assets and artificial intelligence initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will define, implement, and oversee the corporate governance architecture that ensures our data ecosystems and advanced AI systems are secure, compliant, ethical, and high-performing.

You will act as primary bridge coordinating across legal, privacy, compliance, security, and IT enterprise teams, translating complex corporate risks into clear, operational policies. This role is not about creating barriers; it is about building the rigorous framework required to safely drive enterprise AI adoption and enablement across the entire organization.

• →Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a closely related quantitative/technical discipline.
• →12+ years of experience in data and AI governance, data management, or enterprise data compliance. Must show a progressive track record of managing enterprise-scale governance programs.
• →Deep, practical knowledge governing data within Databricks environment, with hands-on experience utilizing Unity Catalog for lineage and access management.
• →Clear conceptual and functional understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, vector search mechanisms, and secure Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) structures.
• →Deep familiarity with modern data privacy and AI regulations, with a proven ability to translate legal definitions into actionable, automated technical guardrails.
