As a Founding Engineer at DeForm, you're not only a teammate, you are an early hire that will set the tone for both the business and culture. You'll craft experiences that:

• facilitate foundational information exchange between consumers and businesses
• verify blockchain information with a given onchain identity
• accelerate customer information processing with the use of AI
• enable anyone to distribute crypto-native assets without technical know-how

• 4+ years of fullstack software engineering experience preferably with experience in VC backed startups
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Next.js) AND/OR API-based backends (e.g., REST, GQL).
• Enjoys shipping products/features end to end and able to prototype and iterate quickly around sophisticated user workflows
• Strong technical communication skills and able to distill complex information to non-technical audiences
• Enjoys working closely with customers through various communication channels to gather requirements
• Passionate about leading their own designs and development
• Must be able to commute to the office in San Francisco by the Giants ballpark

• Scalable infrastructure for virtual waiting rooms
• Autogenerate a form with AI / GPT
• Minting NFTs and/or tokens after a form response
• Onchain workflows & automations - the first-ever IFTTT tool with native onchain actions
• Integrations with many other SaaS tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Sendgrid, etc)
• In-app native table experience with onchain data analytics (imagine Airtable but you can easily add columns that pull onchain data)
• In-app user & customer directory (web3 CRM)
• SOC2 & GDPR compliance for our enterprise users

• You're captivated by the transformative potential of web3 and crypto technologies, maybe even a seasoned explorer of this digital frontier.
• You’re familiar with crypto through opening your own wallet, minting an NFT, etc.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to see what building a business from the ground up is like
