Country Head of Retail (m/f)

Our Client is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary individual to lead the strategic direction and overall performance of the retail network at the national level. This executive role carries full responsibility for shaping, optimizing, and transforming retail operations to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

The successful candidate will bring extensive leadership experience within large-scale retail environments, demonstrating the ability to drive performance, enhance operational efficiency, and implement forward-thinking strategies in complex organizations.

• →Develop and execute all retail channel strategies and portfolio
• →Plan, monitor, and optimize retail business processes
• →Oversee development, modernization, and maintenance of retail sites
• →Lead retail marketing activities and participate in market research
• →Manage retail planning and forecasting processes
• →Oversee utilization of retail sites to drive additional revenue
• →Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty

• University degree in business administration, marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management at a senior/managerial level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in English.
