→Proven experience (X years) working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role.
→Strong content creation skills with experience in developing engaging marketing content across various digital channels.
→Proficiency in marketing automation principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in building and managing workflows and customer journeys.
→Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
→Demonstrated ability to design and implement data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync, Data Cloud, or other ETL tools.
→Familiarity with Financial Service Cloud is a plus.
→Knowledge of scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
→Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
→Data Cloud experience is highly desirable.
