Position Overview - Demand Generation Sr. Manager: demandDrive is looking for someone to lead our demand generation initiatives. In this role, you'll take the marketing objectives coming out of our business strategy and translate them into campaigns that actually get built, launched, and measured. You'll understand our key audiences and develop campaigns and programs to reach them at all stages of the funnel/lifecycle. You'll help shape the quarterly plan and keep the team moving to deliver on the goals. You'll have support from events, paid media, content, design, and web, plus clear KPIs. Your job is to figure out the how and drive it forward.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management of marketing automation, email marketing, and nurture programs.
- Build actionable quarterly plans, set targets, and track performance against them.
- Partner closely with our internal marketing team and agency resources, support prioritizing objectives, and support project execution.
- Develop smart audience strategies and put them to work in campaigns.
- Shape customer marketing, cross-sell, and upsell programs that increase stickiness and lifetime value.
- Push the marketing function forward by leveraging sophisticated tools, automation, and ai in our processes and campaign delivery.
- Improve conversion across the journey. Understand funnel conversion rates and find ways to lift them, from first touch through closed deal and into the customer lifecycle.
- Test, learn, and iterate. Try new things, measure what works, and double down.
Job Requirements:
- 5 - 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation or something similar.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, familiarity with data enrichment, automation, measurement, project management, and design tools used in the marketing function.
- Comfort with (and excitement about) data—ability to use data to tell a story and guide prioritization and decision-making.
- A clear sense of how funnel metrics tie back to pipeline and revenue.
- A knack for getting people on board without needing a title to do it.
- A bias toward action and a healthy 80/20 mindset.
- No ego, and a genuine love of working as a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hybrid or remote work model (depending on proximity to Waltham, MA office HQ - must reside in the U.S.), Eastern/ Central time zones.
- Annual salary range: $110,000 - $120,000.
