Reporting Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Reporting Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting reports that support decision-making processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to various stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data visualization.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on reporting processes and tools.
- Assist in the development of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a reporting or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
