Justice Dental (Blazer), a leading dental practice committed to providing exceptional oral care to our community, is currently seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join us in achieving our mission.
Our team is passionate about delivering the highest quality dental services, and we are pride ourselves on our welcoming environment, strong teamwork, and a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere. This is a full-time position with working hours on Tuesday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic organization. Wages for this position range from $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience, knowledge and quality of work. (Working interview will determine starting salary). A 90-day evaluation and yearly performance reviews as well. Bonuses are also offered monthly for meeting practice goals.
As an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at Justice Dental (Blazer), you will play a vital role in assisting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our fast-paced practice.
- Perform chair-side assistance during dental procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide exceptional patient care and education
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with front office tasks as needed
- Placing composite restorations, impressions, CT Scans
- Charting in Dentrix

- Education- High School diploma/GED/ Certificate for EDDA
- Excellent organization/ communication skills/computer skills
- Proven experience as dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized
