In this role, you'll own everything from online banking and mobile apps to websites, social media, and the magical stack of tools like HubSpot, Feathr, and Q2. You'll turn ideas into action, clicks into connections, and strategy into measurable success.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a killer digital strategy that drives member acquisition, retention, and authentic engagement.

  • Manage and optimize digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and intranets, to make them smooth, smart, and insanely usable.
  • Stay plugged into fintech trends and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.

  • Lead multimedia campaigns across social, digital, and video like a boss.

  • Collaborate with creatives, marketers, and media partners to make magic happen.

  • Measure what matters and fine-tune for maximum impact and ROI.

  • Dive into performance analytics and pull insights that move the needle.

  • Define KPIs that matter and report them effectively to leadership.

  • Turn results into stories that inspire, align, and drive action.

  • Mentor a digital dream team and build a culture that's all about innovation and collaboration.

  • Partner across teams IT, Marketing, Member Services to make sure digital doesn't live in a silo.
  • Be the internal champion for digital excellence and transformation.

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Digital Media, IT. Or you've built enough to make degrees optional.
  • 3-5 years crushing it in digital strategy, media, or transformation (bonus if it's in financial services).

  • Proven leader with experience running platforms, launching campaigns, and inspiring teams.

  • Deep knowledge of digital tools, analytics (Google Analytics is your jam), and CMS systems.

  • Social media master, SEO/SEM strategist, digital ad wizard.

  • Strategic thinker who gets the big picture, but loves getting your hands dirty too.

  • Strong communicator, visually, verbally, and everything in between.

  • A multitasking pro with project management chops and killer instincts.

Nice to Have
