HVAC Technicians

DEPLOY is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our growing team in Bessemer, Alabama. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to blueprints and manufacturer instructions

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs

- Educate customers on proper maintenance and operation of their HVAC systems

- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC Technician

- Valid HVAC technician license or certification

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
