We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing direct, life-changing care to patients, working closely with our nursing and clinical teams to maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

→High school diploma or GED required.
→Minimum six (6) months of experience in a behavioral health or acute hospital preferred.
→Previous experience working with special needs/autism experience preferred.
→Current BLS/CPR certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire).
→Strong observational skills, physical stamina, and a patient, judgment-free demeanor.
→Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
→Four (4) shifts per month required with availability for up to 8 shifts per month (including 2 weekend shifts and a holiday rotation).
→Availability submitted 4 weeks ahead, in time for the schedule build. Shifts assigned by Staffing based on business need (not self-selected; hours not guaranteed).
→Commitment is on-call for same day call offs and 1:1's.
