DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 13 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 85 renewable energy projects in 24 states.
About the Role
~2 min read- Review executed leases, amendments, and renewals to abstract critical financial and operational terms, including rent schedules, escalations, CAM charges, and other payment obligations.
- Track rent commencement dates, renewal deadlines, and amendment effective dates to ensure timely payment processing.
- Enter and maintain lease data in third-party lease administration software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
- Own end-to-end payment tracking throughout the lifecycle of each renewable energy project — from lease execution and rent commencement through ongoing operations — ensuring all financial obligations are identified, scheduled, and paid on time.
