Your responsibilities include handling support tickets, troubleshooting client concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining professional communication with clients across various channels.

Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients
Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms
Prior experience in the travel industry or related roles is an advantage but not required.
