Security & Compliance Manager

As Security & Compliance Manager for Spain, you will take ownership of physical security, security operations, regulatory compliance, classified information protection, and security awareness across our Spanish operations. You will work closely with our global Security, IT, and Compliance teams, turning complex security requirements into controls that work in the real world.

• →Own and continuously improve physical security across our Spanish facilities, including production areas, engineering environments, offices, and storage locations
• →Conduct facility security risk assessments and translate findings into practical security measures
• →Manage CCTV, intrusion detection, electronic access control, and other physical security systems
• →Coordinate Security Operations Center monitoring and ensure effective response when incidents occur
• →Lead security incident response, investigations, reporting, and emergency procedures
• →Manage relationships and contracts with licensed security providers, define guarding requirements, and monitor service quality and compliance
• →Ensure security personnel meet applicable Spanish requirements, including valid TIP credentials where required
• →Support compliance with Spanish requirements for the protection of classified information and security requirements established by Spanish defense authorities
• →Work across relevant frameworks and requirements including ENS where applicable, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIS2, GDPR, export control, and defense-related regulations
• →Support security audits, compliance reviews, regulatory inspections, and interaction with government authorities when required
• →Help secure our supply chain by implementing appropriate procurement and logistics procedures for sensitive technologies, equipment, materials, and components
• →Support supplier security requirements and ensure logistics activities align with export control and defense security obligations
• →Build a strong security culture across Destinus Spain through awareness programs, training, security drills, and incident response exercises
• →Make sure teams understand how to handle sensitive information, follow security procedures, and report incidents effectively

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate, military, government, or comparable security environments
• Experience within defense, critical infrastructure, or another highly regulated security environment
• Proven experience managing security operations, teams, and facility protection
• Experience working with licensed security service providers
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing security awareness and training programs
• Solid knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related physical security systems
• Working proficiency with MS Office
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential for this position
