This is a blended operational support and project delivery role. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials while balancing production support, business enhancements, and project initiatives. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to business-critical issues, and contribute to ongoing transformational projects in a fast-paced global environment.
Where you come in:
As an Oracle Fusion Financials SME, you will:

* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
* Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including:
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* General Ledger (GL)

* Support end-to-end business processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscapes.
* Partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver projects, enhancements, and system improvements.
* Participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities, and hypercare as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive adoption of Oracle best practices.
* Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor for Finance systems and processes.
What makes you successful: You will thrive in this role if you:
* Have extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
* Enjoy balancing operational support responsibilities with project and enhancement delivery.
* Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
* Can effectively manage multiple workstreams and switch between support, project, and stakeholder activities throughout the day.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Can confidently engage with users, managers, and senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
* Work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Have excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Are proactive, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands while delivering high-quality outcomes
Required Experience:
* Strong functional design and configuration experience within Oracle Fusion Financials.

* Experience managing production support issues, enhancements, and project activities simultaneously.
* Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and distributed global teams.
* This role combines operational support and project delivery responsibilities. While project work is a significant component of the position, production support remains an essential responsibility. The successful candidate must be comfortable balancing both aspects and responding to changing business priorities when necessary.
* The role may involve supporting multiple concurrent projects while also managing business-critical support issues and enhancement requests.
