You’ll work with a diverse group of technology and business partners to develop reliable applications, modernize existing solutions, and find smarter ways to simplify and automate how we work. What you’ll do: * Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based web applications across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD environments. * Develop and enhance web, e-commerce, CRM, and other enterprise applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve functional and operational issues across cloud-based applications and support tickets. * Contribute to modernising legacy applications, including testing, documentation, and bringing applications up to current development standards. * Work across both backend and frontend development to deliver reliable and maintainable SaaS applications. * Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. * Participate in Agile/Scrum-based projects and Kanban-style application support, adapting to changing priorities. * Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve repetitive processes and ways of working. * Document development work, technical changes, solutions, and processes to support maintainable applications. Key criteria: * You are adaptable and flexible, able to pivot where needed and willing to develop yourself personally and professionally in ways that mutually benefit yourself and support the organisation’s needs * You have strong software application development experience and are comfortable working across backend and frontend software application technologies. * You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and can support high-availability, cloud-based applications. * You are comfortable working across planned application development projects and ad-hoc application support priorities. * You have experience with programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, HTML, CSS, and associated frameworks and libraries. * You have experience with relational databases such as MySQL and ORM technologies. * You listen, valuing diverse perspectives and multi-cultural viewpoints; you think big, understanding and leveraging the strengths and differences of a global team * You are dependable and reliable, delivering outcomes and fostering accountability * You serve with integrity, being committed to always doing the right thing for our customers, our team and the business Experience highly regarded: * Experience working with CRM platforms, such as Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * Experience working with additional programming languages and technologies, such as (but not limited to) Python, Go, and PHP. * API integrations experience (primarily REST/SOAP/XML) * Experience with e-commerce CMS platforms, particularly Shopify. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including technologies such as Cloud Run, Cloud Build, App Engine, Datastore, and BigQuery.
