→Assist with day-to-day support of switches, wireless access points, and plant connectivity.
→Troubleshoot basic wired and wireless issues: locate the port, confirm the device is up, and document it.
→Update equipment, IP address, and site records when gear is installed, moved, or removed.
→Check devices against team standards (logging, DNS, time, login banner) and prepare routine fixes for an admin.
→Check wireless access-point status and controller assignment, and record the result.
→Shadow planned changes and write clear notes. Production changes stay with a network administrator.
