Country Manager Netherlands

We are now looking for a Country Manager to lead our logistics business in the Netherlands and play a key role in driving performance, strengthening collaboration, and supporting our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing commercial, operational, and people leadership.

As Country Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and development of DFDS Logistics in the Netherlands. You will lead through an experienced leadership team and work across multiple logistics activities and locations, ensuring we deliver value for our customers while building a strong and sustainable organisation for the future.

Working closely with your leadership team, you will drive growth, create alignment across the business, and translate strategic priorities into tangible results. You will also play an active role in the wider DFDS Logistics organisation, collaborating with colleagues across Europe and contributing to our long-term ambitions.

• Experience leading larger operational and commercial logistics organizations incl. trailer transport, contract logistics and warehousing

• Availability for frequent travel across multiple European countries is essential

• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility

• A track record of delivering growth and performance improvements

• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• The ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution

• As a leader, you are collaborative, trustworthy, and visible. You create clarity, build engagement, and take ownership for delivering results.
