Seasonal Full Time Customer Service

DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff!

• Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
• Fixed Seasonal Term: The Season is expected to run October 20, 2026 through estimated January 15, 2027 (but end date is variable and not to exceed 6-months)
• Status: Seasonal, Full-time, non-exempt
• Benefits Provided: Health, dental and vision insurance; paid vacation and sick time; and paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day)
• Reports to: Director of Customer Service
• Supervisory Position: No
• Location: Missoula, MT
• Hourly Wage: $22.00
• Ideal start date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026

All offers are contingent upon a completion of a background check. This position is eligible for inclusion in the DFTBA Workers Union.

• →Sort incoming emails based on priority level and type of ticket;
• →Respond to customer service tickets via email;
• →Work with our CS and Warehouse teams to resolve issues with orders;
• →Set up order reshipment and replacements for lost or damaged orders;
• →Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and store policies;
• →All while keeping our customers happy!
