Manager Trainee

• →Oversee the daily operations of the service and installation department.
• →Develop, manage, and implement schedules to fulfill daily customer commitments while ensuring proper execution of plans.
• →Assess workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner.
• →Guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• →Analyze monthly financial and operational reports, collaborating with front-line managers to formulate action plans for improvements.
• →Enhance the individual performance of the field team through regular performance reviews conducted daily, monthly, and yearly.
• →Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new employees.
• →Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in personnel management; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Responsible for maintaining communication with customers to consistently exceed satisfaction levels.
• Review customer survey data and address customer concerns effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
