• →Prepare monthly plant MIS, cost reports, and variance analysis.
• →Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• →Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projections.
• →Review production, material consumption, and inventory reconciliation.
• →Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• →Monitor fixed and variable overheads and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• →Manage capital expenditure (Capex), CWIP, asset capitalization, and depreciation.
• →Support internal, statutory, and cost audits.
• →Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and company policies.
• →Partner with production, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams to improve plant efficiency.
• →Track productivity savings and monitor project financial benefits.
• →Prepare business cases for capital investments and cost-saving initiatives.
• →Statutory compliance related to plant finance.
• →CARM control applicable to unit.
