About the Role
~1 min readAs a Brand Home Guide, you'll be the face of one of our iconic visitor experiences. You'll welcome guests from around the world, deliver engaging tours and tastings, and create memorable experiences through exceptional customer service, storytelling and genuine passion for our brands.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver engaging guided tours and tasting experiences that bring our brands, heritage and whisky-making process to life.
- →Welcome visitors with exceptional customer service while supporting ticket sales and promoting the full Brand Home experience.
- →Provide outstanding service across retail and food & beverage, including merchandising, replenishment and product recommendations.
- →Support the planning and delivery of special events and visitor experiences throughout the year.
- →Act as a passionate ambassador for Diageo and our brands, creating memorable experiences for every visitor.
- →Work collaboratively across the Brand Home to maintain exceptional operational and customer service standards.

- A positive, resilient and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Previous experience leading tours or knowledge of Scotch whisky would be beneficial but isn't essential. We'll provide all the training you need to become a knowledgeable ambassador for our brands.
