• →Conduct virtual sessions for members with mental health symptoms.
• →Follow up with clients to ensure progress in their care path with Dialogue.
• →Deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative environment, prioritizing emotional stabilization, safety, and the cultivation of psychological resilience.
• →Equip members with practical coping strategies and CBT-based tools to effectively navigate acute stressors and improve daily functioning.
• →Partner closely with our internal case managers and clinical teams to ensure a holistic, seamless support system for every client.
• →Maintain a vigilant focus on member safety within all clinical interactions, ensuring ethical standards and crisis protocols are strictly followed.
• →Actively contribute to the evolution of our care standards, ensuring that every intervention meets the highest benchmarks of clinical excellence.
• →You will be responsible for patient safety in your member-facing role

• Hold a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline).
• Maintain a valid and active permit to practice psychotherapy in the province of Quebec, Ontario (e.g., OPQ, OTSTCFQ, CRPO), or another province
• Possess appropriate and up-to-date professional malpractice insurance.
• Demonstrate 3 to 6 years of experience as a registered Psychotherapist.
• Demonstrate affinity for short-term, goal-oriented therapy with a steadfast commitment to a patient-focused approach.
• Previous experience with, or a high degree of comfort in, delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms.
• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours (up to 32 hours) per week, including a flexible rotation of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ease with modern computer tools and a desire to work within an innovative, fast-paced health-tech environment.
• A motivated self-starter who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to shape the future of accessible mental health care.
