We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Driver Helper to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys traveling to new places, working directly with customers, and supporting projects from start to finish.

You'll play an important supporting role on our traveling project team, assisting with onsite projects, handling equipment, logistics, communicating with customers, and helping ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

• Travel nationwide to support customer projects, equipment pickups, and onsite services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers during onsite projects, providing professional communication and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with project documentation, including pick lists, shipping labels, and other required paperwork.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve issues throughout the project.
• Represent Diamond Assets professionally at every customer interaction.

• Assist Non-CDL Drivers with loading, unloading, and handling equipment at customer locations and Diamond Assets facilities.
• Use pallet jacks and lift-gate equipment to safely move palletized products.
• Assist with securing equipment for transportation, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, and preparing shipments.
• Ensure all equipment is properly accounted for and handled with care.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional equipment-handling process.

• Work alongside and provide support to assigned Non-CDL Drivers throughout customer projects and equipment pickups.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and potential issues to the Driver and Project Manager.
• Help identify and communicate problems quickly while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the success of the team.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused.

• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a company background check.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• Flexibility to accommodate customer pickup schedules and project travel.
• Ability to travel nationwide, including occasional air travel.
• Availability for overnight hotel stays as required by project schedules.

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and lift-gate equipment.
• Ability to load, unload, and secure equipment for transportation.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple project details while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus.
