Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We have managed to produce the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and are now on a mission to put a diamond behind every chip. We are the rare unicorn that has grown fast and profitably. We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.
The Import/Export Coordinator is responsible for managing, supervising, and optimizing the flow of goods across international borders. This role serves as the operational bridge between the company, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure that the global supply chain operates efficiently, legally, and without delays.
Manage all import/export documentation and customs compliance activities, including the preparation and verification of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, air waybills, customs declarations, and HS code classification, ensuring compliance with applicable local and international trade regulations.
Coordinate international, domestic, and intercompany shipments across Spanish facilities, working closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation and customs clearance.
Monitor shipments end-to-end, proactively communicating status updates, delays, customs holds, or other issues to internal teams and external partners, while managing transportation incidents, damaged or missing cargo, and insurance claims when required.
Ensure proper application of Incoterms and maintain control over logistics-related costs by auditing and approving freight, storage, demurrage, customs duties, and other logistics invoices, while maintaining appropriate records and controls for hazardous or specially regulated materials subject to Health & Safety requirements.
Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life. We provide eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Perks include employee discounts to VRAI. All benefits offered are available starting your first day.
