Role Overview

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the success of our employees, partners, and customers by delivering engaging, high-impact training on our products and solutions. Working closely with product, engineering, and technical teams, you will design and deliver innovative learning experiences, develop modern digital training content, and ensure learners have the knowledge and confidence to succeed. • Delivering training services across a broad range of Diebold Nixdorf products and solutions to internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Partnering with subject matter experts to develop, enhance, and maintain training curricula, course content, and learning assets.
• Presenting technically and procedurally complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and consultative manner.
• Ensuring consistency and alignment of training programs across products, regions, customer segments, and delivery channels.
• Contributing to and leading the design of training materials, learning frameworks, and knowledge transfer methodologies across multiple product domains.
• Evaluating, sharing, and implementing training delivery best practices to continuously improve learning outcomes and participant engagement.

Essential

• Being a native Hungarian speaker with the ability to confidently deliver training and communicate with local audiences.
• Bringing 4-5 years of experience in Technical Training, Learning & Development, or a related field, gained through a combination of education and professional experience.
• Demonstrating intermediate-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment, both written and spoken.
• Applying strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver effective learning experiences.
