Step into a Director role where you will shape and scale Diebold Nixdorf’s managed services strategy for retail software. Partnering with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Services, you will define portfolio direction and drive growth while helping to shape the future of our cloud and AI-enabled solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity to build and advance a strategic services capability in a global organization.
Location: Katowice, Poland (Hybrid)
- Owning and driving the global managed services portfolio strategy aligned to the retail application software portfolio
- Shaping and scaling product-specific, commercially viable service offerings across cloud and AI-enabled solutions
- Designing and evolving product-specific service catalogs and lifecycle management (non-generic service architecture)
- Defining service packaging, pricing strategies, and gross margin guardrails
- Designing and driving SLA frameworks, including response, workaround, solution, and availability standards
- Driving managed services attach-rate growth for SaaS and on-prem/perpetual customers
- Owning portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer value
- Establishing portfolio governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating cadence
- Embedding serviceability-by-design requirements into product development and release governance
- Identifying market opportunities and leading innovation across POS and retail software solutions
- Defining and governing managed services across the full lifecycle of retail software and infrastructure, ensuring end-to-end service scope coverage
- Extensive experience in managed services, enterprise software, or portfolio leadership within a complex, global environment, ideally within retail technology environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling managed services portfolios, including service catalog and SLA framework design
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability management
- Deep understanding of IT service management principles and service delivery models
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Service Delivery
- Ability to translate customer and market requirements into scalable, commercially viable service offerings
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, and hybrid software business models
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 33.300 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
