Responsibilities

- →Manage job pools, fill gaps, and reassign work to meet customer commitments
- →Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- →Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and customer inquiries
- →Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities
- →Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions
- →Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement.
- →Education or equivalent practical experience
- →2–4 years of experience in Field Service Dispatch or a similar role. Candidates with a background in customer service or administrative support are also encouraged to apply. Dispatching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- →Strong communication skills in Italian language, plus solid English.
